Contains rosters of sergeants, giving name, company, date and place of enlistment, person who enlisted him, period of service, date and place of muster, and date of appointment to sergeant. Also includes discharge papers giving name, rank, company captain, company, regiment, date of enlistment, date and place of discharge, birthplace, age, physical description, and occupation at time of enlistment. Also includes applications for uncollected bounties giving name of applicant, address, date and place of enlistment, term of enlistment, names of company and regimental commanders, company, regiment, date and place of discharge, and other remarks. Most applications are accompanied by discharge papers.
